Rewriting the Rhythm💆🏾‍♀️

Hello fabulous people! Hope you all are staying warm on this beautiful Wednesday, so it's officially the middle of the week and man am I glad it almost Friday. My week had been suspiciously calm (those who get it get it) like i'm waiting for the curve ball to come and knock me on my ass. 

Why is that though? you know when most people are having a good week they just take it for what it is and move on. However if you are like me and find it hard to let a good week be just that then let's talk about it shall we. 

Truthfully I don't have all the answers but I feel like for those of us who are high wired and always kept on our toes when it's time to relax or have a moment of peace it's so hard to enjoy it. Life seem to be constantly throwing us through a loop, you know for me personally it's hard to let my guard down even when i'm having a good time because of past experiences. 

It just seem like everytime I can exhale and loosen up for a second this strong wave of bullshit comes right at me making me all tense again. Ever feel like that? It sucks right! like damn can a girl catch a break? It's kind of sad and stressful having this mindset, chaos has become so normal in so many of our lives that peace , quite, and tranquility have become the luxury and I don't know about you but i would like to fix that. 

How do we do that? Truly have no clue (crying on the inside) honestly I feel we can figure that out. Since my week is going oddly well instead of waiting for the disappointment i'm going to capitalize on it. Lucky for me I have this weekend off and I haven't been on a date with myself in about 2 months (ik i'm such a bad girlfriend sometimes😅) so this weekend I got a hot date and I can't wait (haha that rhymed).

Anyway child so.. generally my solution won't work everyone or anyone but me and that's ok because we are all different people who heal and grow in our own way. My task for you beautiful souls this week is to do something that makes you smile and feel relaxed weather it be alone or with those who bring you peace. Remember that chaos is no longer the default and relaxation is the goal.
