Why are you still everywhere I look?
Hiding in all the corners of my life.

Creeping along the borders of my sanity,
words I've wished to hear you speak
spoken by strangers—
words that could be easily said.

You just chose silence instead.

I still see you in my mind
hoping that
it's enough this time.

Enough to know the love we shared.
Enough to know you once cared—
even if this is no longer the truth.

I know the stars hold my time with you.
Someday soon you will become
a ghost of my past.

Now I know
not all love
is meant to last.

Month Of Love🩷❤️

 Hello, fabulous people! I have missed you all, so sorry for going MIA. Between work and getting my life back on track, I fell into autopilot; however, I am back now.   First things first, happy February to all the lovers out there! We are only on day three of this cold weather; however, it is still one of my favorite months.  It's hard not to be in the spirit for Valentine's Day. I understand how it can be a little intimidating for those who are single, seeing couples celebrate and shove their love in your face. Good thing you have me here to take the intimidation away. Generally, Valentine's Day focuses on couples and things of that nature. However, it's easy to forget that you can show yourself love and those you care about. It doesn't have to be a romantic situation for you to feel special!!  I remember growing up, and every year on Valentine's Day, my mother would surprise my siblings and me with baskets filled with candy and gifts.
